Product Description
The Hans Rudolph 7600 V2 Full Face CPAP/Bi-Level Mask is a revision of their popular 7600 mask. New features such as the 360° swivel and a detachable swivel port for quick hose removal add even more usability during your CPAP or BIPAP therapy.
The 7600 V2 is made of Medical Silicone Rubber which allows the mask piece to widen and narrow as the user opens and shuts their mouth. The soft chin cup helps to keep the masks position on the users face ensuring that it does not leak. The face piece is a single piece mask and has a facial sealing flange.
Freedom to wear glasses in comfort
Unlike many other Full Face Masks the 7600 V2 has no forehead stabiliser giving you freedom of movement. This, along with the unobtrusive headgear, also enables the user to wear their glasses so that they can watch TV or read a book prior to falling asleep. The anatomically contoured face mask with ribbed support helps aid a leak free and comfortable fit.
The Tri-Glide headgear is made from breathable, stretchable polyurethane foam laminate with easy to use velcro strips. The Tri-Glide feature allows the user to adjust the headgear at the top of the head, enabling better positioning of the mask on the face. The headgear can also be adjusted at the four points attached to the mask, giving you the freedom to fit the mask exactly how you want it.
The 7600 V2 has an Anti-Asphyxia Valve which allows the patient to breathe room air if the flow device malfunctions. The valve will open if the mask pressure drops below 3cm h20.
New features add freedom
The Swivel Port Micro Vent Holes dissipate CO2 and the new 360° Dual Swivel Elbow Port is detachable to allow freedom of movement. Just press the quick release clips on the swivel port and the tubing will be removed which means you can leave the 7600 V2 on if you need to get up in the night.
The mask can easily be cleaned using steam or soapy water and it can even be put in the dishwasher. To clean simply disconnect the headgear from the mask piece and place the cone, along with the swivel port, into the dishwasher or a mild soapy water solution.
If your treatment changes from CPAP to BIPAP you don't need to replace the mask (unless you no longer require CO2 ventilation). You just simply change the swivel connector, saving you the expense of buying a new interface.
If you use CPAP/Bipap and require CO2 venilation then the 7600 V2 is the mask you require. If CO2 ventilation is not needed then you may be interested in the Hans Rudolph 7700 V2 Full Face Bi-Level Mask.
