The leading mask for optimal non-vented BiLevel therapy
The Hans Rudolph 7700 V2 Full Face Bi-Level Mask features a new design to improve on the success of their original. It comes in a range of sizes, from petite to large, to help those using B-Level therapy get the perfect fit.
The Tri Glide headgear supplied with the 7700 V2 is made from breathable, stretchable polyurethane foam allows the user to adjust it at the top of the head as well as adjusting the four points attached to the mask. This range of adjustment points helps you get the mask to fit just right, and with easy to use velcro strips you can fine tune the fit to exactly how you want it.
Full face mask that lets you wear glasses
The Hans Rudolph masks have no forehead stabilisers enabling the user to have freedom of movement, and minimise the number of pressure points for more comfortable therapy. You can wear your glasses and read a book or watch TV before you fall asleep thanks to its unobtrusive design and straps - a distinct rarity among full face masks.
The interface is a single piece of clear medical silicone rubber with a sealing flange. The anatomic design with ribbed support gives a leak free comfortable fit and the chin cup ensures better stability. The soft silicone rubber of the mask piece will widen and shorten upon mouth opening and shutting.
Quick release clips minimise hassle
If you need to get up in the night but don't want the hassle of removing the 7700 V2, you simply remove the tubing from the swivel port by pressing the quick release clips and off you go; no mask adjustment needed.
This is a reusable mask which can be cleaned by steam or soapy water, or you can even put it in the dishwasher. To clean the interface you simply disconnect the headgear from the mask piece and place the cone, along with the swivel port, into the dishwasher or a mild soapy water solution.
The 7700 V2 Bi-Level mask has an amber connector with Anti-Asphyxia valve. The valve will open if the mask pressure drops below 3cmH2O. If your treatment changes from BIPAP to CPAP you don't need to change the whole mask (unless you require CO2 ventilation), you simply change the Swivel Connector.
This mask is for use with a bi-level machine. It does not have a passive, continuous flow exhaust built into the mask. It should only be used with machines that incorporate the patient vent into the patients circuit instead of the mask.
The 7700 V2 has no CO2 venting, please check with your doctor or sleep clinic if you require CO2 venting. If it is required then please look at the Hans Rudolph 7600 V2 Full Face Mask instead.
