The Philips Respironics ComfortGel Nasal CPAP Mask brings a new level of comfort and flexibility to the Comfort Series. Its design features a host of innovations specifically aimed at increasing comfort while also being stable and robust. It combines a range of other Philips Respironics innovations to create their most comfortable and customisable CPAP mask so far.

The ComfortGel gets its name from the customisable blue gel that Philips Respironics first introduced with their Profile Lite mask. It moulds itself around your face, helping give a comfortable and tight seal. Gel is more customisable than silicon, allowing it to adapt to different sized faces and features such as facial hair with ease. The gel can be boiled to soften it, and as it cools it then moulds itself around your face to create a fully customised fit.

The gel is coupled with a double-layer cushion found in other Comfort series masks. The ComfortGel's combination of the gel and the cushion helps to spread pressure over a wider area, minimising the discomfort that other mask designs can bring. The mask comes complete with Philips Respironics' Premium Headgear. The forehead pad on the Premium Headgear is larger than that found on the Profile Lite, spreading the tension over a bigger surface to prevent your nose bridge becoming sore.

Extra customisation, supreme comfort

The ComfortGel comes with four EZ Peel straps. This high level of customisation helps you get the mask to fit perfectly, and evenly distributes the tension. The straps feature a ball and socket quick release system, allowing you to remove the mask with ease without having to readjust the straps next time you put the mask on. The StabilitySelector tilts the mask to ensure a tight seal, and the piping has 360° movement, allowing it to adjust when you change position.

Both the Premium Headgear and the ComfortGel disassemble with ease for cleaning and replacement.
