Simple Cushion
| The nasal cushion interface for the ComfortLite 2 is very popular. It's comfortable and secure, and because the stability comes from the headgear, there is less pressure being put on the face than most ordinary nasal cushion masks. Over time it can become worn and weakened, lessening its comfort and effectiveness. Replace your old cushion for a new one to continue to get the most out of your ComfortLite 2. | ![]() |
Nasal Pillows
![]() | The ComfortLite 2's Nasal Pillows sit inside the nostrils, ensuring that there are no pressure points on your face, leading to more natural feeling therapy. After repeated use and cleaning the silicone pillows can becomes weakened and begin to lose their shape, impairing their ability to form a good seal. You can replace them like-for-like to continue getting the most out of them. |
Direct Seal Nasal Pillows
| The Philips Respironics Direct Seal Nasal Pillows are an evolution of the traditional nasal pillow design. They are rounder, so they sit on the end of the nostrils, rather than inside them, and have wider holes to allow the pressure to end the nose more naturally and comfortably. They are available in six size; 4,5 and 6 should be considered small, medium and large respectively, with 1,2 and 3 are for those with smaller noses and finer features. | ![]() |
Headgear and Subassembly
![]() | ![]() | The unique ComfortLite 2 Headgear is the key to the mask's design. It provides the masks stability and fitting, taking pressure off of the face. Therefore its important to ensure it is good condition, as damage or wear can have a big effect on the masks' performance. To replace the worn or damaged headgear, you have a few options. The most comprehensive is to replace the entire subassemlby, which includes the straps, padding and tubing. The second is to replace the actualy headgear, which is the padding and straps. Thirdly, the straps can be replaced by themselves. Please be aware no cushions or pillows are included with any of these options. | |
