The ComfortLite 2's Direct Seal Pillow Cushions are an evolution of the regular nasal pillow design. They are rounder, so they sit on the rim of the nostrils, rather than inside, making them less intrusive. They also have larger holes, allowing the air to enter the nostrils more evenly and naturally. Made of soft silicone, they are designed to give a good seal with minimal contact, while still providing the stability you need.

Size 4,5 and 6 are the sizes included with the various ComfortLite 2 packages. They should be considered as small, medium and large respectively. Sizes 1,2 and 3 are smaller sizes for those with smaller noses and finer features. If you are not sure what size you require, we recommend using the Philips Respironics Direct Seal Sizing Gauge.
