The GoodKnight 420E APAP System is designed so patients who require Auto-CPAP therapy can enjoy the advantages of the world’s smallest and lightest continuous positive airway pressure devices. The GoodKnight 420E model records up to 200 sessions of compliance data and includes other features of the 420S model. The Auto-CPAP function automatically adapts to airway pressure needs:
- Detects apneas with and without cardiac oscillations to avoid increasing pressure on central apneas with open airways.
- Detects inspiratory flow limitation with and without hypopnea to adapt to pressure needs and avoid increasing pressure on central hypopneas.
- Detects and responds to snoring events.
