High-end CPAP therapy with a compact design
The Breas iSleep 20+ CPAP System is a conventional high-end CPAP with low noise and optional integrated heated humidifier, the iSleep HA 20 Active Humidifier. Among its impressive features list is automatic altitude compensation, a patient compliance data log and optional PC software. As well as having an intuitive user interface, it is portable and easy to carry. It is designed for home, both functionally and aesthetically, but its compact design allows it to be taken wherever you go.
Now with AHI for accurate feedback
In addition to giving extended compliance data, the iSleep 20+ now also provides the care provider and/or prescribing Clinician with a detailed follow-up of the efficacy of the therapy - through Apnea/Hypopnea Index (AHI). This will allow them to assess your condition and progress to ensure you continue to get the best possible treatment for your sleep apnoea.
The design of the iSleep 20+ allows for the tubing to be connected at the rear of the machine and is easily positioned using the built-in swivel. This enables the machine to look like a normal item on the bedside cabinet when not in use, rather than making your bedroom look like a hospital ward!
eAdapt - Breathe easy, sleep easy
Thanks to the new unique eAdapt technology your breathing comfort is improved significantly. The iSleep 20+ reduces the patient’s work of breathing by slightly reducing the pressure at expiration, allowing you to exhale more easily and naturally. This makes breathing noticeably more comfortable.
Special features
The unique snooze function on the iSleep 20+ eAdapt means that if you get up in the night you can reduce the air flow to a minimum level reducing the chance of disturbing the sleeping partner. If you return to bed within ten minutes the therapy will continue at the same pressure as when the mask was removed.
In the event of a brief power failure the iSleep 20+ has a restart function which automatically re starts the CPAP machine. One more weight taken off your mind as you sleep.
Great for Travel
The iSleep 20+ is a very lightweight design weighing only 1.9 kg and has its own carry handle. Its compact design makes it easy to store and transport. To run off a 12V it will need a 12/24V converter which costs over £200, so if you are looking for a machine that can run off 12V you may find other machines provide better options. Otherwise, you will find fewer smaller and easy to transport units than this.Optional heated humidification
The iSleep 20+ eAdapt has the option of adding humidification later if required and this barely adds to the footprint of the machine. The iSleep HA 20 Active Humidifier is designed to complement the iSleep 20 range both in terms of performance and appearance, ensuring it combines perfectly with your CPAP system.
