Full face CPAP therapy with the freedom of a nasal pillows mask
The ResMed Mirage Liberty Full Face CPAP Mask is a minimal contact mask. It has less skin contact than conventional full face masks, giving a level of freedom rarely seen in this area of CPAP therapy. It offers a great level of stability and comfort without impeding your line of vision or requiring a chin strap. It comes in two sizes based on the facial cushion, but both sizes come with three pairs of pillows in small, medium and large, to help ensure that optimal fit.
The Mirage Liberty uses a combination of dual-wall cushion around the mouth and nasal pillows to help provide an excellent seal with minimal facial contact. The dual-wall facial cushion adapts to your facial contours and even accommodates jaw movements, eliminating the need for a chin strap, while the nasal pillows can adapt to different heights, angles and nasal contours.
Less mask, more freedom
The Mirage Liberty's diffuser is a series of holes on either side of the interface, allowing air to naturally and quietly escape. The quick release straps and elbow make getting up quick and easy, without having to readjust the straps and switch your CPAP system off each time. An anti-asphyxia valve allows you to continue to breathe naturally if the airflow becomes obstructed, giving greater peace of mind.
As well as having minimal facial contact, the Mirage Liberty is also one of the lightest full face CPAP masks available, further enhancing the feeling of freedom that this interface provides. You're free to wear glasses and watch TV while wearing it, and is also more forgiving for side sleepers than many of its rivals. For those who require full face therapy but want to avoid the obtrusiveness that is often associated with it, the ResMed Mirage Liberty provides a great alternative to conventional masks.
