Firstly get yourself into bed so that you are ready to go to sleep once the mask and liner are in place.

If the mask has a forehead cushion, simply take the rectangular forehead liner, fold it and place on the forehead cushion. This can be used up to fifteen times simply by turning it over and refolding.

Each night, use a new RemZzzs liner for the main part of the mask. Place the RemZzz soft cotton liner which is shaped a bit like a triangle, directly on top of the silicone mask cushion, remembering that the liner matches the shape of the mask so it is easy to tell the top from the bottom.

Once the liner is in place (it will be slightly bigger than the silicone seal) lean towards the mask and place your nose and mouth into the hole of the RemZzzs liner. If using a nasal only mask then place just your nose in the cut out centre. Place your hand over the mask to keep the RemZzzs liner in place.

Once the mask and liner are secure, bring yourself back up to a sitting position. You will find that about 1/2 to 3/4 inch (just over a centimeter) of the liner protrudes beyond the mask's edges and may curl towards it. This is intentional (see FAQ).

Using your spare hand put on your first clip and then switch hands to fasten the second clip. Now tighten the straps till you are comfortable. Once the mask is secured and tightened then pull the protruding egdes of the RemZzzs liner outward to stretch it around the nose and mouth.

That's it, now have a good night's zzzZZZ full of healthy REM!
