Air Liquide Medical Systems are a French healthcare giant with many years experience in the development of respiratory therapy products. After the popular Venise nasal pillows mask, their next mask to be introduced is this Verone Nasal CPAP Mask. This is a great no-frills mask, basic yet highly functional as well as comfortable and above all, very affordable too.

Headgear is included, as are two cushion seals. One is Small/Medium in size, the other is Medium/Large. With two cushions to choose from, this mask tends to fit most people. The cushions can be replaced and cleaned easily and as they are made of high quality medical grade silicone, the Verone is soft to the touch whilst ensuring a good seal.

At the Sleep Apnoea Trust Association patient day (SATAday) in late 2009, Intus handed out a number of Verone nasal CPAP masks to experienced CPAP users who put them to the test for an extended period of time. Given the simplicity of this mask, the results were excellent with one lady describing it as "the most comfortable mask to wear that I have tried". According to these trialists, other strong points include the stability of the seal and quietness of operation.

Replacement headgear and cushions are available and due to the universal design, most velcro based headgear should in fact fit this CPAP mask.
