Warranties

Products offered for sale in any of the Intus Healthcare Ltd. shops are new as supplied by the manufacturer and carry the Manufacturer's Warranty. In most cases, the products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase, but vary from product to product. This Warranty generally covers any faults or defects that are due to faulty design, manufacture or workmanship. It does not cover against misuse, neglect, wilful damage, modification, adaptation, overloading or repair unless authorized by us in writing.

Any products returned under this Warranty may be repaired or replaced with products of similar specification at our discretion. On occasion, some products offered as replacement may be reconditioned as opposed to new.
